About the PWB Council
The NAHB Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) is the voice of women in the building industry who are dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state, and national levels.
Through education, professional development, and networking opportunities, PWB helps members acquire and develop invaluable leadership and business management skills that boost career success. The council also offers various national recognition programs, scholarships, grants, and awards.

Join the Professional Women in Building Council Locally!
We are excited to invite BIAWC members to join the Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council. This dynamic group is dedicated to empowering women in the building industry, fostering professional growth, and creating a supportive community.
Membership Requirements:
- You must be a BIAWC member to be eligible.
- The PWB annualmembership fee is $100, in addition to the BIAWC membership fee of $465.
